Advance Bookings will be conditionally held for 48 hours, on receipt of written details and a deposit of £50 per room the reservation will be secured. Confirmation and receipt of your deposit will be sent by return.
Reservations made by telephone or email can be made with a credit or debit card. A deposit of £50 per room will be debited from the card and the sales voucher will be presented upon arrival at Brook House. Deposits will be deducted from the final bill on departure.
Special events such as Christmas, New Year, functions, weddings and bookings for 6 days or more require a 50% deposit to secure the booking followed by full payment 30 days prior to the event.
Deposits are non-returnable, although in certain circumstances they may be carried over to a future booking. If a booking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the accommodation we reserve the right to charge our standard bed and breakfast rate for all the nights booked.
We recommend guests to consider taking out holiday insurance to avoid unnecessary expense in the event of cancellation.
Dogs and other creatures are allowed in the bar only, we reserve the right to refuse entry to dangerous animals.
Pets are not allowed into the bedrooms
Single night bookings for weekends will only be taken if the other night is already booked. 3 nights minimum over Bank Holidays
We have eight rooms and can sleep upto 19. We kindly request that groups dine with us in the evenings, but you are not required to book Dinner BB. Larger groups can be catered for and alternative accommodation can be recommended.
All our rooms are no smoking as are all areas in the building
Brook House only has double, twin and family rooms, at busy times we only let up to 2 rooms for single occupancy
