Welcome to our Wine List

We have updated our wine list for 2008 although it has taken a few months to re-taste many of the existing wines alongside proposed new wines, we feel we now have a wine list with something for everyones palate.

Amongst the white wines we have retained some classic French wines like the Sancerre and the Chablis both of which are also available in half bottles and we have embraced New Zealand with both a Riesling and a Sauvignon Blanc from the classic Marlborough region.

The reds feature in much the same way, with single varietal wines such as the superb Peter Lehman Shiraz (it must be good we chose it for our wedding day ), and the Californian Zinfandel Ironstone.  These are contrasted by a clever selection of wines from some of the finest wine producing areas of France and a classic Rioja from Spain.

To celebrate a special occasion we have a good range of reasonably price Champagne culminating once again with the vintage Laurent Perrier Brut Millesime.

What better way to round off your dining experience than with a good desert wine our selection includes full bottles half bottles and even the option of one by the glass so there really is no excuse.

We now offer ten wines by the glass, which is great if you all prefer something different.  The additions to our house wines include a Riesling from Germany for those looking for something a little sweeter, a French Cabernet Sauvignon to bring a little old world back to our house reds, and a simply delicious Argentinean Pinot Noir.  Enjoy!
