Deposit and Booking Terms
To book a room we take a £50 deposit, this is payable by cheque through the post or by credit card, if paying by credit card, payment can be made by phone on 019467 23288 or by booking direct on the internet. If paying by email please be aware that we can not guarantee that your details will be totally secure so at the very least send the card details split between 2 emails.Advance Bookings will be conditionally held for 48 hours, on receipt of written details and a deposit of £50 per room the reservation will be secured. Confirmation and receipt of your deposit will be sent by return.
If bookings are made through 3rd party websites such as Late Rooms, the full cost of the booking will be taken and is non refundable.
Special events such as Christmas, New Year, functions, weddings and bookings for 6 days or more require a 50% deposit to secure the booking followed by full payment 30 days prior to the event.
Deposits are non-returnable, If a booking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the accommodation we reserve the right to charge our standard bed and breakfast rate for all the nights booked.
We recommend guests to consider taking out holiday insurance to avoid unnecessary expense in the event of cancellation.
