Winter Specials

All rates quoted are per night per person, based on 2 people sharing a room unless otherwise stated. A full English breakfast or choice from our breakfast menu is included on all tariffs

Double/Twin Room Rates

• 1 Night BB £47.50 or with Dinner £72.50
• 2 Nights BB £45.00 or with Dinner £70.00
• 3-6 Nights BB £42.50 or with Dinner £67.50
• 7 Nights BB £280.00 per week
• 7 Nights DBB £455.00 per week

Single Person Rates

• 1 Night BB £67.50 or with Dinner £92.50
• 2 Nights BB £62.50 or with Dinner £87.50
• 3-6 Nights BB £57.50 or with Dinner £82.50
• 7 Nights BB £357.50 per week
• 7 Nights DBB £595.00 per week

Childrens Rates

sharing with 2 adults
• 0-2 Years free
• 3-7 years £10.00
• 8-14 years £15.00
• Cot Hire £10.00/stay

Pets

Dogs and other creatures are allowed in the bar only, we reserve the right to refuse entry to dangerous animals.
Pets are not allowed into the bedrooms

Minimum Stay

Single night bookings for weekends will only be taken if the other night is already booked. 3 nights minimum over Bank Holidays

Group Booking

We have seven rooms and can sleep upto 17. We kindly request that groups dine with us in the evenings, but you are not required to book Dinner BB. Larger groups can be catered for and alternative accommodation can be recommended.

Smoking Policy

All our rooms are no smoking as are all areas in the building

Single Rooms

Brook House only has double, twin and family rooms, at busy times we only let up to 2 rooms for single occupancy
