Advance Bookings will be conditionally held for 48 hours, on receipt of written details and a deposit of £25 per person the reservation will be secured. Confirmation and receipt of your deposit will be sent by return.

Reservations made by telephone or email can be made with a credit or debit card. A deposit of £25 per person will be debited from the card and the sales voucher either returned by post or presented upon arrival at Brook House. Deposits will be deducted from the final bill on departure.

Special events such as Christmas, New Year, functions, weddings and bookings for 6 days or more require a 50% deposit to secure the booking followed by full payment 30 days prior to the event.

Deposits are non-returnable, although in certain circumstances they may be carried over to a future booking. If a booking is cancelled and we are unable to re-let the accommodation we reserve the right to charge our standard bed and breakfast rate for all the nights booked.

We recommend guests to consider taking out holiday insurance to avoid unnecessary expense in the event of cancellation.
